On Tuesday, April 21st, our Soccer team traveled to Morro Bay to take on the Dragons from the Central Coast Waldorf School. Thank you to all who attended this wet and rainy game and cheered on our Bulldogs!
On Friday, April 17th, our Elementary Coed Basketball team hosted Lillian Larsen Elementary. Thank you to Mr. B., our Coach, and to all who attended and supported our Bulldogs on their victory!
On Friday, April 17th, our students participated in a Soccer game against Graves Elementary, located in Salinas. Afterwards, our guests treated everyone to a homemade lunch and music!
On April 14th, our students enjoyed Art class with instruction from Mrs. Black, an Art Educator from Sol Treasures. Our students love exploring their creativity during Art!
Our Bulldogs have been busy since returning from Spring Break. On Monday, April 13th, our Soccer team played a home game against the Eagles from Trinity Lutheran (Paso Robles). On Tuesday, April 14th, our Soccer team played a home game against the Hornets from Lillian Larsen (San Miguel). Thank you to all who attended to cheer on and support our Bulldogs!
On March 23rd, Bradley students welcomed Cal Poly students who are part of the Amusement Park Engineers and Designers Club. Students learned about Careers in Themed Entertainment and Edu-tainment, the College Majors that work in Themed Entertainment, and the Design Process. The morning culminated with students working in groups to design new restraints for the ride (which was built by our guests). Students could only use the materials that were provided to them to create restraints to keep their rider (Starburst candy) safe and on the ride the longest.
Congratulations to our Coed Elementary Basketball Team on their recent victory over the Hornets from Lillian Larsen. Thank you to Coach Banderas for leading our team.
Students at Bradley have various enrichment opportunities both during the day as well as after school. Recently, students worked on their Easter Eggs and Bunnies during Art Class with instructors from Sol Treasures.
On March 20th, our school district welcomed the Bobcats from Graves Elementary for a coed Soccer game. Afterwards, both schools, including their families, enjoyed a BBQ lunch.
Students at Bradley have frequent opportunities for enrichment. One opportunity is Guitar class, which occurs after school, and is taught by Bradley teacher Mr. Carvey.
On March 25th, our school visited ACI Jet in San Luis Obispo. ACI Jet is a Fixed Base Operator that provides aircraft management and is a Charter Jet provider. Our students and staff were able to tour the ACI Jet facility and learn about possible Career Pathways in the field of Aviation.
On March 21st, our 3rd - 5th grade students played their Basketball games against Lillian Larsen and Cappy Culver. We look forward to seeing our Bulldog students develop their Basketball skills over the next few months.
Six school districts converged on March 19th, 2025 to compete in the annual Bulldog Basketball Tournament held at the Bradley Union School District. Co-ed teams spanning from 4th grade to 8th grade participated in a day-long tournament to determine the “top dog” in both A and B divisions.
The A team champion was the Almond Acres Charter Academy with the Runner-up being the Bradley Union School District. The B team champion was the Almond Acres Charter Academy with the Runner-up being the San Ardo Union School District.
The goal of this tournament has always been about students - providing an organized event where smaller schools/districts can come together and play basketball in a fun/competitive way. At this year's tournament, all student participants were provided a track bag from Chevron, a bag of assorted candy from Sticky USA, a goodie bag from Sol Treasures and a taco lunch, courtesy of the generous donation from Tacos La Potranca De Jalisco.
Represented schools/districts included the San Miguel Joint Union School District, Bradley Union School District, San Ardo Union School District, San Antonio Union School District, San Lucas Union School District, and the Almond Acres Charter Academy.
On February 21st, Bradley hosted a Career Fair, which had over 250 people in attendance. This event brought together Industry Partners and Event Sponsors to engage and inspire Middle School students from 5 neighboring school districts about future Career Pathways. A big thank you to all who attended - our vendors, our sponsors, and our visiting school districts! Thanks again to Mrs. Heidi McLenithan for spearheading this endeavor, Mrs. Shaffer for guiding and inspiring our Middle School students, and to our Parents Club for providing a wonderful Snack Bar for all to enjoy.
Congratulations to our Boys and Girls Basketball teams as they both earned 3rd place in the Coast Valley League Playoffs. It was a great season - thank you to our coaches, staff, and supporters!
On March 3rd, our Bulldogs participated in Read Across America Day at San Ardo Elementary. Our students, along with students from other neighboring school districts, enjoyed various Reading activities throughout the morning.

Over the last two weeks, our Bulldog Basketball team has been busy. Last week, our Bulldogs had away games against the Crusaders of North County Christian as well as the Hornets of Lillian Larsen. This week, our Bulldogs enjoyed a home game against San Lucas. Thank you to all of our supporters for attending these games!
On February 3rd, students celebrated the 100th Day of School! Fun activities were held throughout the day for our Bulldogs.
On Friday, January 31st, we celebrated our students who improved on both their Reading and Math iReady assessments as well as acknowledged our Perfect Attendance Award Winner. Students who improved on both their Reading and Math iReady assessments earned a gift card for a free hamburger or cheeseburger from In-N-Out. There were also specific students who improved the most in their classrooms, either in Reading or Math, and earned a free movie pass from Park Cinemas in Paso Robles. Lastly, we had nearly half of our school eligible for the iPad giveaway, which was based on Perfect Attendance for the month of January as well as the week prior to Winter Break. Our winner, which was randomly selected, earned an iPad. Thank you to all of our students for their hard work and to our community partners for their generosity!
