
On March 29th, our school community came together for our Spring Carnival. Students were excited to showcase their designs for our annual Egg Drop, hunted for Easter eggs, and enjoyed burgers and hot dogs for lunch. Thank you to Mr. B. for cooking as well as to our Parents Club for organizing this event.








On March 14th, 6 school districts came together to compete at the annual Bulldog Basketball Tournament held at the Bradley Union School District. Co-Ed teams ranging from 3rd grade to 8th grade competed in an all day tournament to see who would become the "Top Dog" for both A and B divisions. The A team champion was Lillian Larsen Elementary from the San Miguel Joint Union School District and the B team champion was the San Ardo Union School District. Thank you to all the families and supporters who attended as well as the volunteers who made the tournament such a success. School Districts that were represented were: San Miguel Joint Union School District, Bradley Union School District, San Ardo Union School District, San Antonio Union School District, San Lucas Union School District, and the Mission Union School District.










On March 11th, students from Cal Poly visited campus and put together our new agricultural equipment for our school garden.



On March 1st, staff and students celebrated Read Across America Day. Guest readers from the Monterey County Free Libraries joined in on the fun and read to students in grades TK-4th. Afterwards, all students were able to work on a craft activity, in which they created one of Dr. Seuss' famous characters, The Lorax.

Basketball season has started! Our Bulldogs have had a very busy week, as they recently played St. Rose Catholic School and Lillian Larsen Elementary.

Happy New Year, Bulldogs! Our garden is making progress - a big thank you to Taylor Farms for providing the fencing and installation. We look forward to seeing this completed with the gates attached.




At our December Board Meeting, the BUSD school community was able to thank Chevron for their generous donation to our garden project as well as get updates on the new library that will be built at Bradley, courtesy of the Monterey County Free Libraries.



Congratulations to Alice Wiebe on becoming the first ever Student Board Member for the Bradley Union School District! Alice was acknowledged at last night's board meeting with her family in attendance.



Our Bulldog students had a great time celebrating Halloween, yesterday. Thank you to all who volunteered their time to make yesterday such an amazing experience for our students!






Congratulations to our Volleyball team on a great win against Mission Union School District!




Today, our Bradley students were able to attend a performance titled "Once on This Island", hosted by Sol Treasures. "With its poignant story and catchy Caribbean-flavored score, Once on This Island is a highly original theatrical adaptation of Hans Christian Andersen’s popular fairy tale, The Little Mermaid, and the Tony-nominated Broadway musical by the legendary writing team, Ahrens and Flaherty." - Sol Treasures website



Today we welcomed Supervisor Chris Lopez to campus. He spoke to our students about his background, educational and career pathway, and offered advice for the future.



Thank you to our staff, chaperones, and students for a wonderful day today at the Performing Arts Center! They enjoyed a show put on by the U.S. Army Field Band and Soldier's Chorus.



Thank you to Braga Farms and to Supervisor Chris Lopez's Office for the pumpkins! Our students, staff, and school community are very appreciative.


It's Wednesday - that means it's time to practice our Golf as well as check out books from the Book Mobile!




What a way to end last week, Bulldogs! We started our Friday morning by surprising Ms. Gilmore on her birthday as well as Ms. Weferling on her recent engagement. Staff decorated the lounge and made/brought in treats for all staff to enjoy. We ended the day with a Volleyball game against San Ardo. Both matches were hard fought and our Bulldogs ended up victorious on the last one.





Students in Mrs. Lee's class explored Math and Science concepts through an activity connected to NASCAR. Thank you Mrs. Lee for making learning so engaging in your classroom!
